It has
been my privilege and honor to serve Okaloosa County as your
Superintendent of Schools since 2006. I am a product of this school system
and began my teaching career here in 1973. Since then I have worked
at all levels (elementary, middle and high school) as a
teacher, guidance counselor, assistant principal, and principal in
schools overseas and across America. I have
been married for 37 years to Buff Tibbetts (USAF Colonel, Retired and a graduate of the United
States Air Force Academy) and we have two daughters who are graduates of
Okaloosa County schools. I am proud of the accomplishments of this
school district and prepared for the challenges of the future. Please help me
continue my commitment to this A+ district, and our employees, parents, business
community, and students by supporting my campaign and voting on August
14th to re-elect me as Okaloosa County School Superintendent.
Thank
you and warm regards,
Alexis Tibbetts
